ABOUT ME

Over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to be trained in the concepts of Existential Analysis/Logotherapy and Systemic Therapy, whilst also gaining an understanding of several other therapeutic approaches through my professional experience or as a patient (Art Therapy, Transactional Analysis, CBT, ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Non-Violent Communication, Psychodrama, and the IMAGO Method for couples).

I draw on these different approaches to provide my clients with a unique experience. It is important to me that my clients:

• feel welcomed and accepted as they are, without value judgment

• Be the experts of your own lives - I explore options with you, make hypotheses, but ultimately you know what's best for you.

• explore the subtle links that exist between their thoughts, their emotions, their body and their actions

• understand the system (family, professional, etc.) in which they operate and how it influences them

• gradually gain autonomy by using the tools seen in the session

• explore what makes sense to them in their lives

• learn to identify and communicate their emotions and needs

• learn to listen and understand deeply how the other person functions, particularly in couples therapy.

My training allows me to support you through turbulent life phases, but I am not qualified to treat illnesses (depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, etc.). If such a situation arises, I will recommend that you seek parallel support from another healthcare professional (psychotherapist, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, etc.).
